GRC Intruduction
(GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) is a high-performance building composite material that can be used to create various flat panels, single/double-curved surface components, custom decorative prefabricated parts, and artistic sculptural designs. It is currently a mainstream product in the international architectural decoration field for achieving integrated personalized design and structural functionality.)
Why use GRC?

Lightweight, high-strength, with exceptional shaping capabilities.
GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) has a density of only 60%-70% of ordinary concrete (approx. 1800-2200 kg/m³) yet achieves a compressive strength of 25-50 MPa and a tensile strength ≥5 MPa (varying with fiber content). Thanks to the reinforcing effect of glass fibers, it can be molded into curved components as thin as 10-15 mm without cracking. This makes it particularly suitable for complex architectural forms such as large-span domes, double-curved facades, and hollow panels, serving as an ideal material for lightweight and artistic building envelopes

Long-lasting durability with outstanding low-maintenance advantages.
GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) utilizes an alkali-resistant glass fiber, and low-alkali cement composite system. With 2,000+ hours of accelerated aging tests (per ASTM C1550), it withstands over 500 freeze-thaw cycles without cracking and exhibits 3x greater acid rain resistance compared to conventional concrete.
A dense hydration layer naturally forms on its surface, and when combined with silane impregnation treatment, it effectively resists chloride and sulfate corrosion. GRC delivers an outdoor service life exceeding 50 years with minimal maintenance—routine cleaning with water is sufficient to preserve its appearance.

Flexible Forming, Diverse Surface Decoration Adaptability
GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) can achieve ±0.5mm precision in curved surface replication through cold pressing, spraying, or premixing processes. Its surface can be finished with sandy, smooth, stone-like, or wood-grain textures, and even embedded with metal mesh, aggregates, or other decorative elements.
The material exhibits ≥0.6MPa bonding strength (per JGJ126 standard) with coatings (e.g., fluorocarbon paint, stone-effect paint), stone adhesives, and metal fixtures. It seamlessly integrates with glass, aluminum, wood, and other building materials, offering designers full creative freedom—from structural forms to intricate decorative details.

Fire Safety, Efficient and Convenient Industrialized Construction
According to GB8624-2012 standard, GRC achieves a fire rating of A1 (non-combustible material). It can maintain structural integrity for over 3 hours at 1000℃, with no toxic gas release during combustion. Its prefabricated components complete the entire process of rebar placement, molding, and curing in the factory.
On-site installation uses dry methods via pre-embedded hangers, with each panel taking only 15-20 minutes to install. This boosts efficiency by 60% compared to traditional wet operations, making it particularly suitable for tightly scheduled large public projects (e.g., stadiums, transportation hubs), while also reducing on-site dust and noise pollution.

Quality Assurance Plan for GRC Component Production
Quality Assurance Measures at Our GRC Manufacturing Plant:
Raw Material Control: Exclusive use of alkali-resistant fibers and low-alkali cement (Na₂Oeq ≤0.6%); Strict supplier qualification – zero tolerance for uncertified materials
Mix Design Optimization: Fiber-cement ratios calibrated to GB/T 15231-2018 standards; Prototype testing for compressive strength (≥40MPa) and 500-cycle freeze-thaw resistance before mass production
Process Monitoring: Mold precision: ±0.5mm tolerance with laser calibration; Digital tracking of mixing parameters (w/c ratio ≤0.35) and curing conditions (20±2°C, RH≥95%)
Product Inspection, Batch-wise tests for:Structural integrity (3-point bending test per ASTM C947); Dimensional accuracy (3D scanning for curved elements); Surface defects (ISO 13061-3 visual grading)
Traceability System: Blockchain-based batch records covering: Raw material LOT numbers; Production timestamps (formwork→demolding→curing); QC reports with unique QR code identification
