Stop above troubles
We have solution now
-
Before application, thoroughly clean and completely dry the substrate.
-
During application, we will add a new type of coating. Drip the solution onto the surface of the substrate to be treated, then use a non-woven cloth to spread it evenly. Ensure there are no missed or under-applied areas.
-
It is recommended to let it cure naturally for 24-48 hours before exposing it to water or contaminants.
-
When wet-setting stone, it is essential to use it in conjunction with our new anti-stain isolation coating to effectively prevent efflorescence, water stains, and alkali-return.
We start to use on GRC UHPC products and get positive comments from Customers now .
Important Notice
-
Working environment: Humidity should be 40-80%, and the temperature should be 5-35°C.
-
Chemicals: Contact with or cleaning with any chemicals may affect its lifespan.
-
Testing: It is recommended to perform a small-sample test before use.
-
Safety: Avoid contact with skin and clothes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with tap water.
-
Flammable: Keep away from fire and electrical sparks.
-
Storage: Seal the cap tightly when not in use. Exposure to air may affect its performance.
Process method
Preparation: Clean the substrate thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry. Maintain good ventilation at the construction site.
Application: Apply the protective agent evenly on the substrate surface in a crisscross pattern without missing any spots. Maintain sufficient concentration for absorption. Coverage: 1L treats 5–30㎡ (depending on stone absorbency and surface condition). For highly absorbent stone, apply a second coat after the first coat is surface-dry. Optimal protection is achieved after one week of natural curing.
Drying: Allow to air-dry naturally. The protective effect begins in 6 hours. Avoid contact with rainwater and contaminants within 24 hours to ensure maximum protection.
Wet Installation: For stone wet installation, use a bottom sealer in combination to effectively prevent efflorescence, water stains, and alkali migration, significantly enhancing protection.
